I loved the location right off the frw. Many places to enjoy eating. Hotel was clean and super comfy. The bed was awesome! Breakfast had many things to choose from. Alex in the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to help me. Great trip! I will return :)

From the parking lot to the check in what a joy. This hotel knows how to treat clientele. Perfect representation of the IHG ideals. Smiles are abundant. The staff is engaging and enjoy working together. The hotel itself is impeccable by cleaning standards. Decor is warm and inviting and personal touches show the owners really value their business, it's not just a show pony or money maker. The vibe emits that these owners and their wonderful staff genuinely care about their guests. That is a rare amenity in these times. I will update after breakfast but I would rate 10 stars out of 5. I found a new go to. The ease, the cleanliness that still evokes comfort not hospital stay. That is important for guests especially who have children or a handicapped son. Thank you Millenium for a wonderful first time experience at your hotel. I will post another review after breakfast. I highly endorse and recommend this hotel. Though further away from the hub of palm desert, food and shops are abundant in the area and traveling to any location in the valley is easy from here. When in town, consider these wonderful owners of a beautiful holiday inn. This is not your mama's Holiday Inn, but mama would be happy you selected this hotel. This mama certainly is. The area is great for young and old, single or committed, business or pleasure. Kudos to the lovely owners and staff.

I liked that it was so close to the Acrisure arena and that there plenty of food/drink options near by. We also took advantage of the fact that there were Casinos within a close drive. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and will be back.

The breakfast was really good they had a green salsa that was delicious. The staff was really nice.

Friendly staff and the cleanliness. They also have a good breakfast. I like the fact that the room has a coffee machine, little refrigerator, and microwave included in the room. It was also close to things I wanted to do with my kids like the living desert zoo. There's also a Starbucks across the street along other places to eat. It's a good location and close to the freeway.

Great hotel - the place looks clean, modern and the rooms comfy. Breakfast was good and there are plenty of parking places. There's a swimming pool outside that folks seemed to enjoy though we didn't try it out.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Good bed and a well furnished room. Breakfast was also plentiful and varied. Bar/restaurant just across from hotel was perfect place for drinks and tasty food.

All staff were so very friendly and willing to help us with anything we asked. Breakfast was great and the dining area was always well cleaned/maintained. The pool when asked was always promptly cleaned (due to bugs/debris from the wind/desert).

The rooms/ beds were very comfortable, two types of pillows were provided -soft and firm. The staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. A Starbucks, gas station, brewery, Jack in the box and Carls Jnr are all across the street. An appropriate 25 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs. Pool was great to cool down in but not under cover. Definitely recommended.
